Excellent experience from start to finish - they had our issue wrapped up within a few hours after we had a pipe plug sucked down the main sewage line. They even fixed several issues from pipes that were improperly installed by a previous plumber, saving us from future problems. My husband and I were both shocked to see the added touch- they put straw and grass seed down on the small area of the yard they had to dig up. After 2 years of remodeling our home - we are NOT used to seeing that level of care and attention from anyone coming to do work on the house.

Our downstairs toilet started overflowing late on a Friday afternoon while I was showering. After being alerted to the problem, I got out mid-shower to discover that our sewer was backing up. We called 4 different plumbers to try to find somebody that could come help with our plumbing emergency, and My Plumbers was the ONLY company to respond.
I'm glad they were the ones who agreed to help, because they were SO great! Not only did they come within one hour of me calling on a Friday afternoon, they were also super professional and skilled at their job. A couple hours later and the problem was fixed and we were able to get back to our weekend.

Steven and Johnmichael of My Plumbers are the people to call when you have plumbing issues. The main waterline to our house broke. They assessed the situation in a timely manner and were always available to answer questions either in person or by phone. They were upfront about the issue and the cost of fixing the water pipe.
